Returns:

• We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Customized or altered items are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Return pickup is available in select pin codes. Otherwise, customers may need to self-ship the product.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email or SMS.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• For COD orders, refunds will be issued via store credit or bank transfer.

Exchange:

• We offer size exchanges only, subject to availability.

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
